What is Cosmic Queens?

Cosmic Queens is a free daily logic puzzle for Android. Every day you get an eight-by-eight sky divided into eight colour regions, and the job is to place eight stars so that every row, every column and every colour holds exactly one, with no two stars touching, not even diagonally. Tap a cell to place a star; cells a star has already ruled out dim as you go, so the board itself shows you what is left.

Every sky is generated on your device from the date, so everyone in the world gets the same board and it works fully offline. Each one is built to be solvable by deduction alone: there is never a point where you have to guess, and there is only ever one answer. Solve it to chart the sky into your Sky Atlas, a grid of the last 28 nights that you can go back and fill, keep your Cosmic Streak alive, and post your time to the daily leaderboard.

Deduce it, never guess it.

1
Read the colours
Every colour needs exactly one star. A colour squeezed into a single row owns that row.
2
Watch the cells dim
A star rules out its row, its column, its colour and the eight cells around it. Dimmed cells are gone.
3
Place the eighth
Eight stars, no conflicts, sky charted. Come back tomorrow, and fill in any night you missed.

Frequently asked

Q.How do you play Cosmic Queens?

Tap cells to place stars so that every row, every column and every colour region holds exactly one star and no two stars touch, not even diagonally. Cells a star has ruled out dim automatically. Eight stars with no conflicts charts the sky.

Q.Is Cosmic Queens like LinkedIn Queens?

It follows the same rules family, one star per row, column and region with no touching, and adds a new sky every day, a Sky Atlas of the nights you have charted, a playable archive of the ones you missed, and a daily leaderboard. Every sky is generated to be solvable by pure deduction with exactly one answer.

Q.Do hints cost anything?

The first two hints on each sky are free. A third is available by watching a short rewarded video, and that is the cap, so at least five of the eight stars are always your own. A hinted solve is not counted as flawless.

Q.Can I play a day I missed?

Yes. The Sky Atlas shows the last 28 nights. Tap an empty one to play that sky. Archive solves fill the atlas but do not post to the daily leaderboard.

Q.Is Cosmic Queens free and offline?

Yes. Cosmic Queens is free on Android and every sky is generated from the date on your device, so it plays fully offline. A connection is only used to sync the leaderboard.
